Ive spent over 17 years working in Health & Wellness all over the world as a Holistic Therapist & Coach, 13yrs of which as an Educator, helping people and communities upgrade their internal and external worlds by optimising their Health, Wellbeing and Lifestyle.
Self care is the foundation of wellbeing and living a happy and balanced life and i look forward to sharing tools and skills that have helped me and thousands of others thrive in life during challenging times.
